InterLatino LLC will provide professional legal translation, interpretation, and transcription services, including but not limited to contracts, affidavits, court records, interviews, hearings, and administrative or immigration-related documents. Services are performed in accordance with recognized professional standards, including ISO 17100 translation principles and applicable best practices.

InterLatino LLC does not provide legal advice and does not interpret or apply the legal meaning of any document. All services are strictly linguistic in nature and do not replace the services of a licensed attorney.

Confidentiality

All documents, recordings, and information provided by client are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional confidentiality standards. This obligation survives the completion of services.

Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

InterLatino LLC performs all services with professional diligence and linguistic accuracy. The Company shall not be liable for errors resulting from unclear, incomplete, or defective source materials, nor for the legal use or consequences of the translated, interpreted, or transcribed content.

Payment and Delivery

Fees and delivery timelines are agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. The Company reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of Colorado.
